How long until it's live?
Lite can be live inside a day. Build and Grow take longer because the email logic is where the real thinking happens, usually a week or two depending on how many services you run.
Do I need to already use ClickUp?
No. If you've got it, I'll work with what's there. If you haven't, it's part of the setup.
What if we do things differently to other firms?
Everybody does. The core is the same across survey firms, so that part is already built. Your service routing and quirks get added on top, and that's the bit I do by hand.
What's the monthly actually for?
Keeping it running, fixing anything that breaks, and improving it as the firm changes. It isn't a maintenance tax, it's why the system gets better instead of quietly rotting.
What happens after twelve months?
It rolls on monthly. Most firms stay, because by then the system is doing a job they'd otherwise be paying someone to do.
What subscriptions do I need?
ClickUp, Zapier and either Youform or Typeform. You pay for those three directly and I build into them. Which plan level you need depends on which SurveyorOS system you go for, and I'll tell you exactly what's required on our first chat. ClickUp starts from £12 a month, Zapier from £20 a month, and Youform is free.
