Zapier Forms

Zapier Forms lets you build forms and simple pages without code, then connect them to your Zaps. Zapier renamed it from Zapier Interfaces, and existing projects carry on working as before.

You can start a form from a blank page, from an existing Zapier Table or by describing it to Zapier Copilot. Forms can be shared as a link or embedded on your website.

Zapier Forms is on every plan. The Free plan includes 10 pages per account and file uploads up to 5 MB, three files at most. Professional raises that to 50 pages and adds conditional form logic, and Team gets 150 pages. Steps for Zapier Forms don't count towards your task usage.

I use Zapier Forms when a client needs a simple intake or request form that feeds straight into their systems, like a new job request or an internal approval. Pairing it with a Zapier Table gives them a queue they can see and work through.

You don't need Zapier Forms to get that record, though. On one build, every new lead from the client's own website form is logged to a Zapier Table, so there's a running record that doesn't depend on Zap history, which Zapier only keeps for up to 60 days.
