ClickUp spreadsheets, the Sheets Hub or ClickUp tables
ClickUp Sheets are spreadsheets built into ClickUp, announced in October 2026, for spreadsheet work that sits next to your tasks, with formulas, charts and the option to pull in task data.
ClickUp Sheets are spreadsheets built into ClickUp, announced in October 2026. They're saved in the Sheets Hub, private by default, and you can share them like other ClickUp items.
You can import .xlsx, .csv and .xlsm files, use formulas, charts and conditional formatting, and export back to XLSX or CSV.
You can also pull in task data from a Space, Folder or List. It comes in as a snapshot, so you refresh the connected data to update it.
ClickUp's Help Center lists Sheets on the Business Plus, Enterprise and Max plans. Of the plans on ClickUp's public pricing page, only Enterprise and Max include Sheets. It isn't on Free Forever, Core or Business.
Most teams I work with still have a few spreadsheets ClickUp never replaced, like a budget, a rate card or a stock list. Sheets could bring those next to the work.
I'd still keep the work itself in tasks and Lists, where automations and Dashboards can use it. Sheets suit the calculations and planning around the work, not the work itself.
Check your plan includes Sheets first.

No. Task data comes in as a snapshot. You refresh the connected data to update it.
Only the ones that relate to work in ClickUp. Keep tracking work in tasks and Lists, and use Sheets for the numbers around it.
I set these up and train your team, in your own ClickUp or Zapier account.
