ClickUp reports, ClickUp reporting or Dashboard cards
ClickUp Dashboards are reporting pages built from cards that show live data from your Workspace, like tasks by status, workload, time tracked or Custom Field totals.
A Dashboard is a page of cards that each show live data from your Workspace. A card might be a chart of tasks by status, a workload view, time tracked this week or the total of a money Custom Field.
Dashboards update by themselves, so owners and managers can see what's going on without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
On Free Forever and Core, ClickUp shows Dashboards as a trial on its pricing page. Business and above include them in full.
A Dashboard is only as good as the data behind it. So I sort the statuses and Custom Fields first, then build the Dashboard, never the other way round.
For owners I build one simple page that answers the questions they ask every week: what's overdue, who's overloaded and how much is in the pipeline. If a client needs reporting across lots of tools, I'll suggest moving that outside ClickUp.
Four cards that answer the Monday morning questions.
On Free Forever and Core, ClickUp's pricing page shows Dashboards as a trial. Business and above include them in full.
Usually the data underneath, like tasks in the wrong status or Custom Fields left empty. Check the card's filters and locations too.
Only with people in your Workspace. ClickUp doesn't let you share Dashboards outside it, so a client would need guest access first. Guests get view only access and only see cards for the Lists and Folders already shared with them, so check every card before you share.
I set these up and train your team, in your own ClickUp or Zapier account.
