Storyy Group: referrals on autopilot
Referrals used to take days or weeks of chasing. Now they're done in about 30 minutes, completed by the referrer, with no chasing at all.

The challenge
Referrals were pieced together through one-to-one meetings and Word documents sent back and forth by email. Forms came back incomplete or wrong, and some referrals were missed because nobody had time to chase them. A single referral could take days, or even weeks, and admin ate up tens and tens of hours.
What we built
One automated referral flow. A detailed Typeform referral form feeds every submission straight into a referral database. Once the team approves a referral, the PDF exports itself into the right folder, and Zapier alerts the team the moment a new referral arrives. Live since November 2024.
The result
A referral that used to take days now takes about 30 minutes, and that's the referrer's 30 minutes, not Storyy's. Everything arrives complete, nothing needs chasing, and the staff time that used to go on admin now goes to young people.
Literally changed our business. We're the only company in our industry, in the UK, that have this kind of automated process and the statistics are ridiculous.
